Odynn Traveler DNA is an automated loyalty program management tool that:

Connects to your Gmail account to read loyalty program emails
Extracts miles, points, and status information from supported programs
Displays consolidated loyalty data in a unified dashboard
Provides real-time updates when new loyalty emails arrive

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid Gmail account
Provide accurate and complete information
Grant necessary OAuth permissions for Gmail access

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Google account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Gmail Access and Permissions

4.1 Scope of Access

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant us permission to:

Read emails from recognized loyalty program senders
Access email metadata (subject, sender, date)
Receive push notifications when new emails arrive

4.2 What We Don't Do

We explicitly do NOT:

Send emails on your behalf
Delete or modify your emails
Access emails not related to loyalty programs
Share your email content with third parties

4.3 Revoking Access

You may revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your account within 24 hours.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security measures
Not reverse engineer or copy the Service
Not use the Service to violate loyalty program terms
Ensure your loyalty program memberships are legitimate

6. Accuracy of Information

6.1 Best Effort Parsing

We make every effort to accurately parse loyalty program data from emails. However:

We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to varying email formats
You should verify critical information directly with loyalty programs
We are not responsible for decisions made based on parsed data

6.2 No Affiliation

Odynn Traveler DNA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline or hotel loyalty program. We are an independent third-party service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Odynn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content
Use our trademarks without permission
Create derivative works based on the Service

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN LOYALTY PROGRAM DATA PARSING
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON SERVICE DATA

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Odynn Traveler DNA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your use or misuse of the Service

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

Google Gmail API
Various loyalty program email systems

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Revoking Gmail access through Google Account settings
Contacting us to request account deletion

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
Your account is inactive for an extended period
Required by law or to protect our rights

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease immediately
We will delete your OAuth tokens within 24 hours
You may request deletion of all your data
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution
